BARC’s owner’s are also the directors of Castle Valley Animal Rescue, and work very closely with Carbon Cat Rescue. Our goal has always been to create a safe haven for animals, both with and without homes.

With the help of Best Friends Animal Society, both rescues and BARC are working together to build an adoption center next to the boarding center. Once this is built, BARC will stand for “Boarding And Rescue Center”, instead of “Boarding And Retreat Center”!

CVAR & CCR are both 501(c)3 non-profit organizations that rely on donations. This adoption center is only possible with the love and support from our amazing community. Currently, there is about $3,000 more needed to get the center exactly how we want it, and we need your help to get there!
